We are simply trying to hold space for
people interested in group relations work.

We serve as a home for people who have experienced the power of group relations work, particularly in combination with spirituality and social justice. We want to nurture the GR network by offering a place to co-create as individuals and/or organizations. We are open to collaboration around group relations conferences and application events, writing, reflecting and meeting. We offer to stay connected with “the work” in various ways. We pay attention to where the energy takes us.
The programs we offer at this moment are listed in the activities section. As we are growing in numbers, we are beginning to create local (and virtual) communities that people may join to nurture “the work.”

Description:
Join us for a six part immersive experience. Throughout this journey, group members will have the opportunity to build awareness in the realms of leadership and authority, social justice, and spirituality with the support of the group leaders and their fellow members. This explorative experience will provide a holding environment for members to work on bringing their unconscious thought processes (what we don’t have conscious awareness about) into their consciousness. It is here, where we reveal to ourselves more of what we know, think, and do, that we can live more intentionally in our careers, relationships, and in our connections to others, ourselves, and the systems we live in.
This experience will include opportunities for group members to bring the unconscious forward through small groups, large groups, and application groups.
We hope you will join us.
Eligibility:
This experience is intended for people who are new to group relations work, those who were previously involved and looking to get back into the work and those who are currently active with the work who would like a space to continue learning at a low cost.
Led By:
Jodi Austin: I am a spiritual being, healer, mother, and bibliophile. I am currently enrolled in a PhD Psychology program where my emphasis is consciousness, spirituality, and integrated health. I was first exposed to Group Relations eight years ago, while obtaining a Master’s degree. I fell in love with this work because of the transformative potential for self, other, community, and the world.
Lauren Levy (She/her): I am a creative explorer, connector, social equity seeker, and mental health therapist who was awed by the depth of learning group relations can provide since I was introduced to it five years ago in my graduate school’s group counseling course. This work has led me to some of my most transformational growth and I look forward to sharing it with you.
Kayla Lane (She/her), Administrator: I am a Philly native with a passion for yoga, spiritual and mental wellness and social justice. I currently work in medical communications but believe I’m truly here to serve as a catalyst and intuitive who guides others back to themselves through love and energy healing. Though I am fairly new to the GR world, I’m passionate about the power the work has to make this world a better place.
Cost:
$150 for GRI Co-Creators (payment plan option available at $25 a month)
$180 for those who are not GRI Co-Creators (payment plan option available at $30 a month) (Sign up to be a Co-creator)
